I am 4'9 and every waist trainer I have tried in the past would roll down on me, because I have a short torso. Many waist trainers are also hard to put on by yourself. This waist trainer caused me no issues at all. I was able to wrap it around my body with ease, and Velcro it to my waist with the strap. It also feels good to my back. When I sit down it does not bunch up or roll down, which is a plus for me. I can't wait to work out in it and cut these inches down. I am glad I have this waist trainer.
